  • MPhil in Leadership Studies
The focus of my previous work was authentic leadership with my final thesis titled “The True Leaders: Five Dimensions of Authentic Leadership”. For this work I undertook a leadership questionnaire with leaders in five countries to find out what leaders find rewarding and challenging in their daily work and whether they would want to hire a leadership coach.

  • MA, Karl-Franzens-University, Graz, Austria
Human development and our search for a human ideal inspired my studies of Philosophy undertaken in Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom. In my thesis titled “’About the Accomplishment of Man’ in Comte, Nietzsche, Juenger and Skinner” I compared the strive for individualism as found in Nietzsche’s Uebermensch and Juenger’s Arbeiter with the conformist life style of Skinner’s Walden II and Comte’s Positivist Society.
